What We are Creating Together

Women of different backgrounds within Judaism and different stages of life:

Elders: holding the space with us  who carry wisdom, steadiness, and heart. Mothers:who nurture, hold, and guide, bringing depth, care, and lived wisdom into the space. Maidens:in their becoming, open, curious, and discovering themselves in a space that honors their voice and growth. Multigenerational: women truly support one another from the heart. Weaving the generations together rather than separating them.

This is a 3 Day retreat held by the mountains in Virginia.

“Im a believer in the ability for woman to live shame free from their hearts. That our bodies are vehicles for our soul and are there for us to find nurture so we can nurture others. I am a yoga teach, a torah teacher and a student of the world around me that ebbs and flows in wild ways “

Maayan Gozlan-Russell

A birth doula, Fertility awareness educator, Woman’s health advocate and ceremonialist.

I believe in empowering women to take ownership of their lives through education, self-awareness, and meaningful connection. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can come together, support one another, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My intention is to foster deeper, more honest connections, spaces where women feel seen, heard, and understood beyond the surface. I’m especially inspired by supporting young girls and women in recognizing and embodying their strength, resilience, and unique potential.

I believe that when women step fully into themselves, they not only transform their own lives, but also contribute to healing and strengthening the world around them.
